Senior Pastor of Daystar Christian Centre, Lagos, Dr. Sam Adeyemi, has called on the Federal Government to install closed-circuit televisions (CCTVs) in every state of the federation, to help trace terrorists and other criminals.

Arising from a two-day leadership conference in Lagos, Adeyemi urged those in power to emulate developed countries where video cameras had been used to track law-breakers.

He cited the murder of Jamal Khashoggi, a Saudi journalist, whose presence at the Saudi Arabian consulate in Istanbul on October 2, 2018 was captured by CCTV.

The cameras, Adeyemi explained, will curb what happened in the north-east where villages were burnt down and people killed without a trace of the killers.
