Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode

Lagosians have been enjoined to work for the re-election of Governor Akinwunmi Ambode.

The advice was given, yesterday, during a rally staged by some groups in Mushin Local Government, during which they endorsed the governor for a second term.

The rally kicked-off at Odi Olowo Local Council Development Area secretariat, terminating at Mushin Local Government secretariat.

Members of the National Association of Education Secretaries, Parents Forum, School Based Management Committee and representatives of Chairmen of Odi-Olowo LCDA and Mushin Local Government were in attendance.

Addressing people during the rally, the Education Secretary, Mushin Local Government Education Authority (LGEA), Princess Olu Akinlude, who led the walk, said the endorsement became important so that the governor would continue with his good works and do more.

She said the rally was a wake up call to All Progressives Congress (APC) members in Mushin to begin working for the re-election of the governor. She urged residents of the council to collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs).
