JLMB records N1.5b zero profits

Jubilee Life Mortgage bank has recorded a profit of N1.5 billion as the total profit while last year was recorded as N245 million profit.The Managing Director of Jubilee Life Mortgage bank, Remi Olatunbode, disclosed this at the official commissioning of the headquarters in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Olatunbode said ‘‘ Jubilee Life Mortgage bank has attracted a core investor, recapitalized and grew its shareholders funds to over N5 billion, the bank has absorbed four micro finance institutions growing its branch network from six to nine branches with 36 mortgage banks in Nigeria.

He added that integrity, professionalism, excellence and trust are the core values in the conduct of our business to ensure our services is topnotch and our customers can trust us.Speaking at the event, the Chairman of Jubilee Life Mortgage bank, Elder Felix Ohiwerei, in his remarks appreciated the support of Nigerians for the success of the organization. He disclosed that ‘’ In the past people have complained that the bank has been in a place where customers find it difficult to locate them, but by God’s grace we are where we are very visible, available and willing to serve you better.

Ohiwerei noted that ‘’We have been looking forward to having our own headquarters, before now we have been operating in rented premises, it has pleased God to give us one, in a very selective district in Lagos. One of the closest and we got it by a platter of Gold. For the first time we started operating, we are in our own premises and we are glad that the lord has bless us, so we rejoice that you have come to celebrate wit us in particular our mother in Israel for coming not only to cheer the occasion but do the commission.We Consistently strive to be the preferred mortgage bank in Nigeria while we put our trust in God.”

He urged Nigerians to support and cooperate with the bank to thrive.The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God Pastor Enoch Adeboye represented by the wife of the General Overseer, Pastor Folu Adeboye, urged workers of the Jubilee Mortgage bank to have the spirit of excellence and honesty in all their reports to avoid breaking the heart of customers .

She congrats the members of the jubilee bank for the success of the organization also wished them the best in all they do .
The National Overseer of church, Pastor Joseph Obayemi, urged Nigerians to position the organization better. He advised staffs to be diligence in all they do. He encouraged Nigerians to pay attention to details and be sensitive to the holyspirit.
