New Nigeria train system.

The Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas (NLNG) has revealed that almost $10 billion would be invested in its Train 7 project, which is expected to commence soon.

The firm also advocated the replication of its business model to generate opportunities for the power and gas sectors in the country.

NLNG Deputy Managing Director, Sadeeq Mai-Bornu, said when the final investment decision is taken, later this year, about $5b to $10b would have been invested in the initiative, which will increase the country’s gas export to about 30 million metric tons.
