Saeed Rashed AlMheiri, hailing from the UAE, made headlines in March of this year when he became the youngest person ever to publish a book at the tender age of 4 years and 218 days. It was an extraordinary achievement that left a lasting impact.

Not content with just one record, Saeed went on to write a sequel to his first book within a span of 20 days. This remarkable achievement earned him the title of the youngest person to publish a book series (male) at the age of 4 years and 238 days.

The book, published by Rainbow Chimney Educational Aids, a commercial publishing house in the United Arab Emirates catering to children up to 13 years old, had to sell a minimum of 1,000 printed copies to meet the record guidelines. Remarkably, Saeed’s family managed to achieve this milestone during the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair 2023.

Saeed’s debut book, titled “The Elephant Saeed and the Bear,” tells the story of an elephant’s encounter with a polar bear. Instead of the bear choosing to eat the elephant, they become friends and embark on a delightful adventure together.

The second book in the series, “My True Friend,” continues the journey of the elephant bidding farewell to his polar bear companion as he returns home. However, when the elephant finds himself in a predicament, the bear comes to his rescue, reinforcing the theme of true friendship. Saeed beautifully concludes the story with the elephant expressing gratitude to his friend, saying, “Thank you for being a true friend.”

Saeed emphasizes that his book teaches children about kindness, a value he holds dear. Books are his constant companions, and he also has a deep fondness for numbers and robotics.

As an ambitious young man, Saeed aspires to become a scientist in the future. He dreams of making a significant contribution to the world and even sees himself as a superhero who can save the Earth.

Mouza AlDarmaki, Saeed’s mother, shares that their family aims to inspire other children. She states, “We want kids to believe in themselves. If Saeed can do it, they can too.”

Saeed draws inspiration from his sister, AlDhabi AlMheiri, who also achieved a Guinness World Records title for publishing a bilingual book series at the age of 8 years and 239 days. Her book, titled “I Had An Idea And Here Was The Beginning,” is published in both English and Arabic.

AlDhabi encourages children to believe in their dreams and underscores the importance of reading to nurture their minds. She believes that through dedication and pursuing their passions, children can become whatever they aspire to be.

The future holds great promise for these incredible young stars, and their journey continues to captivate our imaginations.
