Frontline Pigin English radio station, WAZOBIA  95.1 FM Lagos, recently organised its second edition of community hangout in Lagos.

The audience had a mixture of new, existing, loyal listeners, fans friends and families.

Programmes Manager, Mr. Uche  Nwaneri, said: “We have an improved community hangout  than the previous one. This gives more people the platform to express their thoughts,  personalities,  individualities and interact with their favourite On-Air-Personalities (OAPs) and friends. We seek to encourage the inclusion of the grassroots on issues that deal with the nation’s development and entertainment.’’

He added: “As a family radio station, we regularly provide emotional, physical and financial assistance  to loyal audience by using the radio and our social media  platforms to keep people happy and energetic everywhere. “

In similar vein, popular Tombo Belle   host of “Our Backyard” and co- host “You and Yaw” said: ‘’We  handle very sensitive, domestic family and societal issues on our programme. We have been saving families from collapsing,  emotional blackmails, cheating, oppression, divorces, separation among other family challenges. ‘’

‘’We make families stay happy with comedy, guide their mental health,  lifestyle  to wax stronger and stronger. “

Also, Chief Suo, also known asTracy Chapele-Ugo, Nigerian female pidgin sports commentato, said: “I personally appreciate  top  ace broadcasters like Yaw and others. I like  Nedu, Lolo, Marshe  who have left and passed the batons to us to continue from their good media legacy.
