Davido reacts as auto firm gifts him luxury car for 32nd birthday

Nigerian music star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has been gifted a brand new Escalade car on Thursday as he turned 32.

The gift came from a Texas-based Nigerian auto dealer, Mr. Jay Autos LLC.

The auto firm, headquartered in Dallas, shared the news via Instagram, accompanying it with pictures of the sleek vehicle. The post read:

“On your birthday, our brand, Mr. Jay Autos LLC, has decided to gift you this new Escalade 600 premium luxury. We appreciate your patronage and love for the brand. Happy birthday Oriade #davido, cheers to many more years. Shipping this out immediately to your desired location.”

Davido responded with, “Wow! Love uuuuuuu. Thank you, J!” in an Instgram story.

Beyond the birthday glitz, the singer also called Omo Baba Olowo (OBO) made headlines days ago.

He announced a ₦300 million donation to support orphanages and an initiative targeting drug abuse among Nigerian youth.

Celebrating the joy of the moment, Governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke, has joined Nigerian celebrities and fans to honour music superstar David Adedeji Adeleke, widely known as Davido, as he turns 32.

Davido, who was born on November 21, 1992, in Atlanta, USA, to Osun billionaire Adedeji Adeleke and the late university lecturer Veronica Adeleke, marked the milestone with a generous act.

Taking to social media, Governor Adeleke, Davido’s uncle, showered blessings on the Afrobeats icon.

In a post on X (formerly Twitter), he wrote, “Happy birthday to my Darling Nephew @davido, 001 of Afrobeats. May God’s grace continue to shine over you as you make the Dynasty, Osun State, Nigeria, and the entire black race proud all over the universe.”

Popular businessman Pascal Okechukwu, famously known as Cubana Chief Priest, also penned a touching tribute. He wrote, “I Mount You For Life @davido Happy Birthday Bestie Mi, Dem Go Hate Tire, Dem Born You On Top Money, You Come Still Sabi Print Money With Your Amazing Talent, You Still Come Get Style To Melt The Money. You Will Continue To Be The Best Amongst Your Peers That’s The Will Of God For You. 2025 We Do It Again💸 & Again.”

Nigerian singer Jaywon shared a video with the celebrant, saying, “It’s always love and respect ✅🙏❤️. Happy birthday Davido ori ade baba Imade 😊.”

Former EME star Skales joined the celebrations, posting, “Thank you for being a blessing to me brother… more life, more grace king 🫶.”

Davido’s cousin, Folashade Adeleke, added her voice, “World 001 Day! @davido To know you is to truly love you. I love you, David. Thank you for all you do, thank you for who you are. May we continue to celebrate you for years to come ❤️🔥.”

Social media influencer @Mbahdeyforyou kept it short and sweet, saying, “Happy 32nd birthday Davido 🎂.”

As the Fall crooner celebrates another year, the outpouring of love from family, friends, and fans reaffirms his status as a beloved figure in Nigerian music and beyond.
