Priscilla Ojo and her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, on Saturday celebrated their first wedding anniversary with a themed photo tribute shared on Instagram.
The couple recreated the iconic 1990s promotional images of Tupac Shakur and Janet Jackson for the film Poetic Justice, drawing inspiration from the classic poses and styling that defined the era. Their anniversary shoot blended vintage influence with their own modern love story.

Priscilla kept her message short and personal, writing, “One year down, forever to go.”
The post quickly attracted congratulatory messages from family members, friends and colleagues in the entertainment industry.

Social media influencer Enioluwa Adeoluwa commented, “Wishing you both the absolute best in your marriage. May God’s grace, love, peace, and blessings that go beyond human understanding always live with you and surround your home. Happy Anniversary, JP. The cutest! 1 Year down, forever to go. Happy Anniversary, my favs!”
Her mother, actress Iyabo Ojo, also reacted, writing, “Together forever, happy anniversary lovebirds, love you 3.”

Businesswoman Chioma Ikokwu added, “Happy anniversary, my favs! Africa’s no 1 couple, forever is the deal, 1 down, 99 to go. P.s – These pics are so dope”

The couple’s union has drawn public attention since their wedding ceremonies in 2025.
They first formalised their marriage in an Islamic ceremony held in Tanzania in February of that year.
The celebration later continued in Nigeria with a series of events, culminating in a destination wedding in May.
In August 2025, they welcomed their first child, a son named Rakeem Ayomide Mkambala.
