INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 ounces cucumber vodka
- 1/4 ounce agave nectar or honey (as a close substitute)
- 1/4 ounce avocado puree
- Lemon juice
- Ice, for chilling and serving
- Soda water
- 1 lemon wedge, for garnish
METHOD
- Combine the vodka, agave, avocado puree and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge.
