INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/2 ounces cucumber vodka
• 1/4 ounce agave nectar or honey (as a close substitute)
• 1/4 ounce avocado puree
• Lemon juice
• Ice, for chilling and serving
• Soda water
• 1 lemon wedge, for garnish

METHOD

1. Combine the vodka, agave, avocado puree and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
3. Top with a splash of soda water and garnish with a lemon wedge.
