Davon Eddington was in his backyard when he was intercepted by the police for singing the infamous line on Jay-Z’s song, 99 Problems.
He told TMZ that he was talking to his brother on the phone about LeBron James and the Lakers when he responded to “I got 99 problems, but a bitch ain’t one” to his brother’s label of “a bandwagon fan.”

A neighbour heard that and called the police to report that he was beating his fiancee. It was after the arrived that they realized that it was a misunderstanding.
