The lecture will hold on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at the Banquet Hall, Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos by 9.30am.
Late Justice Balogun was a member of the 1979 Constitution Drafting Committee (CDC) and a judge of the Lagos High Court.
According to the Chairman, Memorial Lecture Organizing Committee, Mr. Yemi Peters, the title of the lecture is “Law as an instrument of Social Change”.
While Governor Ambode is the Special Guest of Honour, Justice Oguntade will the chair the event while Olanipekun will be the Keynote Speaker.
