In a significant display of rich African cultural heritage, unity of purpose, and deep rooted respect for traditional institution, the Igbo diaspora king in the Republic of Ghana, His Royal Majesty, Eze Chukwudi Jude Ihenetu (Ezeigbo Ghana) was joined by a foremost Igbo billionaire businessman and Chief Executive Officer, Chisco Transport Ltd, High Chief Chidi Anyaegbu alongside His Royal Highness, Dr. Abubakar Ahmed Yakubu (Ejeh Ankpa), Chairman, Ankpa Traditional council, Kogi State, Nigeria, to welcome to the revered Obiukwu, Obigbo, Obieziukwu royal palace in Ghana, Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Enitan Ogunwusi.

This remarkable and monumental royal visit unfolded shortly after the inauguration ceremony of Dr. John Dramani Mahama as President of the Republic of Ghana, marking a historic convergence of African royalty in Ghana.

The inauguration ceremony which was well attended by presidents, regional leaders, African monarchs, members of the diplomatic corps, representatives of the international community – including Commonwealth Secretary General, the Rt.
