Blakskill partners She Leads Africa to empower female youths

Blakskill Limited has partnered with She Leads Africa (SLA) to empower female youths with access to job opportunities through the SLA Level Up Programme in partnership with Challenge Fund for Youth Employment (CFYE).


The partnership between Blakskill Limited and SLA seeks to establish a collaborative effort focused on training 1,500 female youths aged 18 – 35 for employment opportunities.

The Chief Executive Officer at Blakskill Limited, Olugbenga Omojola, said the primary goals of this initiative is to ensure favourable employment outcomes by effectively sourcing, screening and ultimately matching young female graduates with suitable job placements.

He said the partnership also seeks to facilitate the connection of talented individuals with global job opportunities available within the Blakskill platform.


“We are thrilled to join forces with She Leads Africa to empower Nigeria female youths and address the challenges they face in accessing job opportunities. Through this partnership, we aim to provide opportunities for talented individuals and contribute to building a more inclusive job market in Nigeria,” he said.

The Chief Operations Officer, She Leads Africa, Adeola Tobi, said the collaboration would enable both organisations to empower Nigerian female youths and facilitate their transition into meaningful roles across various industries.

Tobi said both organisations were committed to maximising the impact of this partnership and look forward to the positive outcomes it would bring for Nigerian female youths, businesses and the job market as a whole.

“Together, we can make a real difference in creating a more inclusive and equitable talent market,” Tobi added.
