AMCOM management needs to conduct a research on what asset/trust resolution companies have done elsewhere. They did not wait for favorable economic environment to dispose of assets of bad debtors. Mr. Kuru with due respect needs to take off his banker’s hat and realize most of these assets were acquired at highly inflated prices supported by reckless loans made by bankers who were motivated by high fees and interest incomes and threw caution to the wind. Unless another asset bubble comes around AMCOM would never recover the debts fully because the underlying assets fundamentals do not support their inflated value and no reasonable investor would pay for such assets!
