Ardova to begin bulk fuel purchase from Dangote Refinery
Ardova Plc aims to guarantee supply security and offer affordable prices for petroleum products after signing a bulk purchase framework deal with Dangote Refinery.
Head of Brands and Corporate Communications at the company, Grant Onome in a release said the framework would see Ardova Plc offtake a full slate of petroleum products from the refinery.
Although the company has been off-taking products from the refinery since its inception, the new framework is expected to institutionalise a more robust relationship between the two companies.
Onome said the move would enhance the emerging competitive landscape in the downstream oil and gas industry in the country. The statement noted that the framework is in line with
President Tinubu’s drive for competition and improved efficiency in the industry will see the company deliver products at competitive prices nationwide through its extensive network of over 700 retail outlets in Nigeria and significant storage facilities in Apapa, Lagos State, Onne, Rivers State, and Oghara, Delta State.
