A Nigerian lawyer and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) advocate, Kayode Adeniji, is set to revolutionise the global dispute resolution landscape. He has developed and officially unveiled the world’s first fully digital ecosystem, the All Arbitrates, dedicated to ADR on August 1, 2025.
According to Adeniji, the groundbreaking initiative will revolutionise the ADR mechanism. He describes the platform as a first-of-its-kind innovation, an African-born solution with global relevance.
“The app introduces a pioneering and transformative solution to the persistent challenges of judicial delays and limited access to justice worldwide.
“The platform empowers individuals, businesses, and institutions to resolve disputes entirely outside the courtroom, offering a faster, more accessible path to resolution.
“This is the first technology of its kind globally, and it is Africa’s bold contribution to a pressing international challenge. The platform also supports the dispute resolution mechanism of the African Continental Free Trade Area to boost trade and investment within the largest trade bloc on earth.
“We are ushering in a new era, where justice is no longer bound by geography, bureaucracy, or delay, but delivered swiftly, equitably, and entirely online.
“The future of dispute resolution begins now. This innovation holds significant promise across multiple sectors, especially in commercial and investment disputes, debt recovery, and cross-border transactions; it empowers small businesses, investors, and financial institutions to access efficient, professional ADR services without the financial and logistical burdens of litigation or travel.” Adeniji stated.
He further noted that the platform also creates a dignified post-retirement opportunity for Africa’s retired justices and legal experts, enabling them to continue dispensing justice, share their wealth of experience online, and earn sustainable income in the process.
