Jessie J has welcomed her first child, a baby boy. The singer announced the news on her Instagram Story on Friday, May 19.
“A week ago my whole life changed,” she wrote. “My son entered this world and my heart grew twice the size. The feeling is indescribable. I am flying in love.”
Jessie J did not reveal the name of her son or his father’s identity. However, she did share a photo of her holding her newborn son.
“He is magic,” she wrote. “I can’t believe he’s mine.”
Jessie J has been open about her struggles to conceive. In 2021, she announced that she had suffered a miscarriage. She later revealed that she was pregnant again in November 2022.
The singer has not yet shared any details about her son’s birth, but she did say that he is “doing great.”
“He and I are both doing great,” she wrote. “I am soaking up every second and still can’t believe he is real, mine and here.”
