1. Rinse the stain with cold water– fast!

5. Soak with white vinegar

6. Use laundry detergent with enzyme cleaner
Pre-treat the stain with a laundry detergent that contains enzymes. These enzymes are specifically designed to break down protein-based stains like blood. Rub the detergent into the stain and let it sit for about 30 minutes before washing the garment as usual.
7. Baking soda paste
For tough stains, make a paste of baking soda and water. Apply the paste to the stain and let it sit overnight. In the morning, scrape off the paste, wash the garment as usual and allow it to dry.
