Angy Cherry: A journey of resilience, travel, and compassion

At just 25, Angy Cherry has become a leading figure in the travel influencer world, captivating her audience with her adventurous spirit and entrepreneurial success. Although trained as a nurse, her career took an unexpected turn when she joined the Nasdas team on social media, where she quickly rose to prominence as an influencer. Driven by a passion for exploring new destinations, Angy shares her travel experiences through ebooks, detailing the countries she visits with a personal touch.

However, her journey has been far from ordinary. During the Covid-19 pandemic, when her parents lost their jobs as market vendors, Angy stepped in to help. She opened a plant nursery to provide them with stable employment, transforming the small business into a thriving enterprise that now spans over 3 hectares in the south of France and employs 20 people.

Overcoming Adversity

Despite her successes, 2023 brought significant challenges for Angy. In Thailand, she was involved in a severe accident, being hit by a van, which left her with a serious foot injury and required three months of intensive care. Later that year, while in the Dominican Republic, she was bitten by a stray dog and suffered another injury when her calf was burned on an exhaust pipe. The injuries required hospitalization in Santo Domingo, adding to the difficulties she had already faced. Yet, Angy’s resilience and determination allowed her to continue pushing forward.

A Heart for Charity

Angy’s influence extends far beyond travel and business. She is deeply committed to charitable causes, particularly animal welfare. As the godmother of “Nos Amis pour la Vie,” an animal shelter in Marrakech, she has been instrumental in saving the lives of more than 200 dogs this year alone.

Her compassion doesn’t stop there—she also supports the Atlas Kinder orphanage in Marrakech, working closely with the Nasdas team to organize donation drives and activities for the children.
