We really thought we were going on a smooth ride this week. Alas! We were met with potholes, even on international shores.
From getting unimaginable offers to taking a feud too far, here are the trending stories that made the week:

Side Hustles
Even after their high-profile lawsuit ended earlier this summer, Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s names have continued to make headlines all year. Now, it seems like Zen Models is attempting to capitalise on the actress’s increased notoriety by offering her a part in a pornographic film. According to the Australian publication Pop Topic, Heard received a nine million dollar offer to play the lead in the film production.
According to Veronica Madarian, president of the agency, the firm sought to give Heard a solution to some of her likely financial troubles. Heard has not yet responded to the situation, and it is unlikely that she won’t do so very soon.

Couple feud
Rapper 50 Cent has disclosed that Queen B was ready to take it to the streets during his feud with her husband, Jay-Z. The “Many Men” hitmaker revealed that Queen Bey “jumped out” at him and “was ready to fight” after he stopped by to talk to her husband in Las Vegas many years ago.
Noting that he was taken aback by her reaction, “And I’m like, ‘Wait, what is you doing? That’s me and Jay-Z’s stuff, this ain’t got nothing to do with you, girl.”
Well, girl was only protecting her territory, and no, we do not support violence!

Anger roots
US rapper and Rihanna’s partner, A$AP Rocky has been charged over an alleged shooting in Hollywood last year.
The 33-year-old, whose real name is Rakim Mayers, faces two counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office said. Mayers is alleged to have pointed the gun at a one-time friend during an argument in November.
In a later confrontation between the two, he is said to have drawn the weapon and fired it twice, leaving the former friend with what police described as “a minor injury.”
We now await the sentence.

Mistaken death
A bombshell report by the FBI has concluded that actor Alec Baldwin fired the gun on the set of the film “Rust” killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Baldwin, the star and producer of “Rust” after the incident, claimed that he believed he was handling a “cold gun” without live ammunition when it went off and a live bullet hit Hutchins, killing her. Joel Souza, the film’s director, was also wounded in the incident.
As Alec Baldwin rehearsed a scene onset of the 19th-century western when he fired a gun at the camera leading to the cinematographer’s death. The Emmy-winner had been handed the gun by another crew member who had not fully checked it.
