Easy Peasy Malt And Milk Popsicles
It is common to see people mix malt and milk and drink it all at once. Now, why don’t you try this goodness by making it a popsicle?
Malt drinks contain Vitamin B6, fibre, potassium and folate that lower cholesterol and decrease the risk of cardiac diseases. Milk is a source of Vitamins A and D, protein, potassium, and calcium, aids in sleeping and is highly nutritious to the body.
Pour a bottle of malt into a glass cup, add a tin of milk and stir to combine.
Pour mix into a popsicle mould and cover. Place in a refrigerator and refrigerate for 3 hours.
