Tom Holland Opens Up On Sobriety Journey
The 27- year old actor shared his journey to sobriety after realizing he had a problem with alcohol. He began drinking heavily after his break in the Spider-Man franchise, numbing his feelings and fitting in.

In January 2023, he decided to give up alcohol for one month, called ‘Dry January’, which was one of the hardest things he’s ever done. Despite the challenges, Holland made it through Dry January and extended his sobriety for another two months. By June, he was feeling better, sleeping better, handling problems better, and feeling happier. Holland is now committed to staying sober and hopes his story will inspire others struggling with alcohol addiction.
