Mango can be enjoyed in various forms: Whole, added to fruit salad, drink and even a meal.

Ingredient

  • Mango
  • Sugar or Honey
  • Cold water or Ice
  • Mint leaves

Method

  1. Wash and peel off the back of the mango. Dice the mango and place into a bowl.
  2. Pour into a blender, add sugar, cold water and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass cup and add mint leaves to garnish.
