How To Make Mango Juice
Mango is in season now and this delicious fruit is highly nutritious. Studies have linked Mango and its nutrients to several health benefits like the prevention of diabetes, its immune-boosting nutrients, digestion, promotes eye health, among others. Mango can be enjoyed in various forms: Whole, added to fruit salad, drink and even a meal.
- Sugar or Honey
- Cold water or Ice
- Mint leaves
- Wash and peel off the back of the mango. Dice the mango and place into a bowl.
- Pour into a blender, add sugar, cold water and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass cup and add mint leaves to garnish.
