Castor oil is an essential oil with so many benefits.

It is the fatty natural oil extracted from the seed of the Ricinus communis plant, commonly called the castor oil plant. According to medical research, using castor oil on your skin and hair is generally considered safe, but it’s important to be careful with castor oil during your period or while pregnant. Castor oil can also be used for aromatherapy massage, however, you can also use it for foot massage right in your house.

Below are the methods for using castor oil for foot massage at home.

Castor oil foot massage is essential for taking care of tired toes while keeping your feet healthy and looking good.

Ingredients:

  • A foot spa, or a plastic tub

  • Tea tree salt soak

  • 1 oz castor oil

  • 15 drops peppermint essential oils

  • Small bottle for mixing/storing

Method:

Add castor oil and essential oils to the bottle. Cap tightly and shake well to mix.

Fill your tub or foot spa with water as hot as is comfortable for you.

Add tea tree salt and swish around to mix.

Soak feet for 15-20 minutes.

Remove feet from water and pat dry

Massage castor oil mixture onto feet, focusing on any dry spots

 Rinse!
