Gstickz, real name Godfrey Agbonifo, is quickly becoming one of the standout names in Nigeria’s evolving music production scene, thanks to his work on the infectious single “Chella My Darling.”

Since launching his career in 2020, he has focused on more than just creating beats; he’s building a unique sound that resonates. Labeling his style Afrobeats fusion, Gstickz combines bold rhythms with emotion-driven melodies to craft music that’s both captivating and sonically rich.

“For me, a song only counts when it’s a hit. Anything less doesn’t qualify,” he states—an insight into the high creative bar he holds himself to.

He takes cues from top producers like Sarz, KTIZO, P.Priime, Blaisebeatz, and London, whose influence can be heard in his versatility and layered production style. Gstickz also has his sights set on collaborations with artists such as Tems, Victony, Burna Boy, and Rema, confident that his sound naturally complements theirs.

As “Chella My Darling” continues to make waves, Gstickz is stepping further into the limelight—one track, one hit, and one beat at a time.
