Your diet is one of the most important things to keep in mind when trying to live a healthy life. It’s been said, that ‘abs are made in the kitchen and not in the gym’. It supposedly takes 21 days of constantly doing something to break or build a habit, or so have research and researchers said.
21 days without binging or indulging and saying ‘No, thank you’ to sugary treats can become a way of life.
Prior to commencing a purposeful change to your diet, you should first understand your regular eating routine by tracking everything you eat and drink for a week.
I’m sharing with you foods and snacks that you can and should do away with for the next 21 days, would you adhere to this and see what changes follow?

What to drink? Take your body weight in kg and multiply by 0.033 litres of water per day, then add an extra glass for every hour of exercise. You can also drink herbal tea, black tea or black coffee.
