King’s Trust International (KTI), yesterday, appointed Nigerian businessman and financial reform advocate, Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede, and his wife, Ofovwe Aig-Imoukhuede, a lawyer, banker and philanthropist, as co-chairs of its Africa Advisory Board.
The couple succeeded Bernard and Genevieve Mensah, who co-chaired the board for six years and played a pivotal role in establishing KTI’s footprint across the continent.
Their appointment signals a new phase in the organisation’s mission to expand its reach and deepen its impact in Africa through education, employability, and entrepreneurship.
In a statement, KTI said the leadership transition “reflects a strategic evolution” in its approach to empowering young Africans through innovative and sustainable interventions.
Since launching in Africa in 2016, the body has supported over 30,000 young people across nine countries.
