Governor of Anambra State, Chukwuma Soludo, has expressed optimism that the party will win at the forthcoming elections to the State House of Assembly, House of Representatives and the Senate respectively.

Soludo gave the assurance at a meeting with the political aspirants of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), held at the Governor’s Lodge, Amawbia.

In a release signed by Soludo’s Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, made available to journalists yesterday, he stated that APGA remains one big family.

The governor reiterated that his aim is to help build APGA as a strong political party, founded on the strong philosophy of true federalism and devolution of power, pointing out that those who used APGA as a mercenary platform to get into office would have to be patient when they return to the party, until it gets to their turn.

He also stressed the need to build a political party of believers, anchored on the concept of ‘fidelity’. He thanked the aspirants for volunteering to serve the people of Anambra, while wishing them well.
