Following the inauguration of a new administration in Nigeria, Artsplit has launched a competition tagged Handover of Power for art enthusiasts and creatives souls to commemorate the occasion.
 
The platform is for artistic expressions through various mediums such as pictures, videos, sketches and even poems. The challenge allows participants to make a profound statement, while also giving them the opportunity to win prizes.
 
The contest, which kicked off on May 29, would run till June 2.
   
Head, Marketing and Corporate Communications, Ikechukwu Nwaguru, said Artsplit deemed it right to call on Nigerians to bring their captivating artwork that captures essence of the transition and the mood of the nation.

“The top three winners will receive the following prizes: the first-place winner will receive $200, the second-place winner will receive $120 and the third-place winner will receive $100.
