Lagos bore witness to an extraordinary gathering of visionary minds at the inaugural Visionary Leadership Conference (VLC) held on Saturday, September 30th, 2023.
The event took place at the prestigious Muson Center in Onikan, Lagos, marking a historic milestone in the Corporate Coaching landscape. VLC 2023 emerged as a first-class Conference, designed to explore and champion the transformative force of Visionary Leadership in shaping outcomes for Individuals and Institutions.

The Conference saw an impressive turnout, with over 500 attendees.
The highlight of the evening was the grand closing ceremony, which featured the 2023 Future-Forward FemaleTM 25 Under 25 Awards, with highly impactful speeches from Olori Atuwase III, the Queen of Warri Kingdom and Adenike Ogunlesi, Founder and Creative Director of Ruff ‘n’ Tumble. This segment celebrated the lives and accomplishments of 25 inspiring and extraordinary young African female leaders under the age of 25, who are breaking barriers, leading boldly, creating change, redefining narratives and transforming society for good!, Recognized across seven categories – Transformational Voice, Disability Champion, Partner in Purpose, Impact Maker, Queen of Enterprise, Visionary Leader, and Culture Ambassador – these young women also model strong values as a movement of personal transformation, visionary leadership, ethical excellence, and outstanding impact.
