Bobo began his legal career at the Nigerian Football Federation in Abuja. He worked in the Legal Unit, gaining experience in sports law and the regulations of governing bodies like FIFA and football agent licensing. His responsibilities included court appearances with the head of the Legal Unit, reviewing player contracts, and resolving disputes between players and clubs.

Over the years, he has cultivated a reputation for his thorough understanding of corporate law, intellectual property, and entertainment law. His expertise ensures that artists, creatives, and brands are not only legally protected but also strategically positioned for sustainable growth.

Bobo is the founder and principal partner of BFA & Co Legal, a law firm based in Lagos, Nigeria. He has made significant contributions to the legal framework of the entertainment industry. He also founded The BFA Agency, a media, entertainment, and talent management company that provides services to brands and individuals in the corporate and entertainment sectors.

Bobo has negotiated high-profile deals, such as collaborations between The Recording Academy and Martell, and DMW and United Masters, as well as endorsement deals with brands like Martell, Puma, Hennessy, and 1xbet. He is also the founder of BFA Sports, a sports management company representing athletes like Leon Balogun and William Troost-Ekong.

Beyond his professional life, Bobo is a public speaker, having presented at the Harvard 25th Annual Conference in 2023. He is passionate about sports, fashion, music, and the arts, and is involved in philanthropic efforts to support young talent. Aside from being a lawyer, Bobo is a serial entrepreneur who has founded a couple of other companies like BFA Agency, BFA Studios, Truxi Ltd, FVR, BNA Ltd, etc, and also sits on the board of many companies including Kolisa MFB, Ojanow, Royal Princess Oil Nigeria Ltd, BHC Music, BHC Drinks, The Care Pack Family, etc

Bobo is a lawyer with over ten years of experience in the legal and entertainment industries. He has represented and managed several notable figures in the African entertainment scene, including musicians like Davido, Wande Coal, Lojay, Peruzzi, and Iyanya, as well as Big Brother Naija housemates such as KiddWaya, Angel Smith, Khafi, Khloe, Bella, and Beauty. Additionally, he has worked with prominent individuals in other fields, such as politician Femi Fani Kayode.
