‘Election outcome will mar or make the future of Nigeria’

The Director General, Media, Goodluck Jonathan Campaing Organisation,chief Femi Fani-kayode has said that the outcome of the Presidential election held yesterday would determine the future progress of the country.

Fani-kayode who addressed journalist in his hometown,Ile-Ife,Osun state said he expected election result in which the great number of Nigerians would be happy.

He observed there was peaceful and orderly conduct by voters during the poll saying the shortcoming inherent in the use of readers cards should be properly addressed by Independent National Electoral Commission {INEC } to enhance the credibility of the election.

He said, ‘’What I have observed and report reaching us indicates that Nigerians trooped out to exercise their voting right. It over to them to elect leaders of their choice that would lead the country’’.

The DG noted that the Peoples Democratic Party {PDP} and President Gioodluck Jonathan had done adequate campaigns saying he entertain no fear that the effort wpould yield positive fruit to enable the sitting President win the election convincingly.

He noted that the country is on the threshold of history adding that he expected election result which would make people to be happy at the end of the day.
