Foundation commences free counseling session for sickle cell patients
A daily counseling session for Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) patients has been introduced by the Vicar Hope Foundation (VHF), a Non-governmental Organisation (NGO) founded by the Abia State Governor’s wife, Deaconess Nkechi Ikpeazu at the Abia Sickle Cell Diagnostic and Treatment Center, Umuahia.
Speaking, yesterday, at the maiden counseling session led by Dr Godswill Ogbonna, Deaconess Ikpeazu urged patients to apply all the counsels given them.
