Gov. Zulum promises good governance, if re-elected
Gov. Babagana Zulum of Borno has reiterated his commitment to ensuring good governance, if re-elected in the March 18 poll.
Zulum, who made this known at the grand finale of the APC Governorship Campaign, held in Maiduguri on Thursday, promised quality education, buoyant economy and a peaceful state for the citizens.
He charged the electorate not to relent in voting for the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates in the Governorship and state Assembly elections.
He commended the citizens for the continued support and confidence reposed in him to steer the sheep as governor of the state, noting that the reception accorded to him was an indication that APC was accepted in the state.
Earlier, Alhaji Ali Dalori, the state Chairman of the APC, thanked the people of the state for the love, urging them to vote for APC.
Dalori noted: “Everywhere we go, there has been a tremendous acceptance in all parts of state.”
