As the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence come to a close, Her Voice Foundation has recognized 16 influential men for their outstanding contributions to ending gender-based violence.
According to the foundation, the individuals have used their platforms and initiatives to promote equality, justice, and safety for women and girls.
Among the honorees are:

Hamzat Lawal, CEO of Connected Development (CODE), who has been a vocal advocate for grassroots accountability in protecting women’s rights.
Chidi Odinkalu, former chairman of the National Human Rights Commission, renowned for his tireless work in ensuring justice and support for survivors of gender-based violence.

“Their contributions serve as a powerful reminder that meaningful change is possible when individuals from all walks of life work together to create a safer and more equitable society,” the foundation noted.
