House On The Rock: Giving joy with project spread

House On The Rock continues its legacy of giving through its annual Christmas outreach initiative, Project Spread, when it provide food and cooking items for some residents so that it could celebrate the festive period with joy.

The gesture, the Senior Metropolitan Pastor of all House on The Rock Churches and Convener Project Spread, Paul Adefarasin said reaffirmed the church’s commitment to transforming lives and spreading joy across the Lagos metropolis.

Through the initiative, essential food items are supplied to thousands of families, ensuring they have enough provisions for the festive season.

For three decades, House On The Rock, led by Paul Adefarasin, has remained steadfast in its mission to serve humanity through faith-inspired action. The Project Spread initiative is one of the many ways the church demonstrates its unwavering commitment to meeting both spiritual and physical needs by supporting underserved communities during the Christmas season.

Since its inception, Project Spread has brought joy to communities across Lagos, including Mushin, Elegushi, IsaleEko, and Ajegunle. Each year, the church mobilises resources to provide food supplies and essential household items, ensuring that thousands of families experience the true spirit of Christmas.

Reflecting on the impact of the initiative, Adefarasin said: “True faith calls us to action. Through Project Spread, we are not just giving gifts—we are extending love, care, and hope. It is a powerful reminder that by working together, we can build a world where no one is left behind.”
As House On The Rock continues to advance its mission of faith in action, Project Spread stands as a testament to the church’s enduring dedication to service, compassion, and community upliftment.
