The people of Igbo-Eze North Council of Enugu State, comprising the clergy, traditional rulers, stakeholders, women and youths, have reassured the Enugu State Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, who is the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for Enugu North Senatorial District in the forthcoming elections, that they will appreciate him for the attention his administration has paid to their council, through massive votes at the polls.
They said that their 100 per cent vote for Ugwuanyi is non-negotiable, adding that the many development projects the governor has executed in the council are enough reason for them to vote for him to represent Enugu North in the National Assembly. They also pledged to vote for other PDP candidates in the elections.
The joyous people of Igbo-Eze North Council gave the endorsement, yesterday, when the governor inaugurated the Amenity Facility, located within the premises of the recently upgraded and rehabilitated General Hospital, Ogrute, Enugu Ezike.
They said that Ugwuanyi has written his name in gold as the first and only governor in the state that executed this many development projects in Ogrute, the headquarters of Igbo-Eze North Council.
