A man died and another was left with minor injuries when the Lamborghini they were driving around a Walt Disney World high-speed track crashed into a barrier on Sunday, the Associated Press reported.

The Florida highway patrol named the deceased as Gerry Terry, 36, from Davenport. Terry, who was believed to be the operations manager at the Richard Petty Driving Experience track, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver, Tavon Watson, 24, escaped with minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital. According to Florida highway patrol, he failed to control the high-speed car when it was going around a bend, driving it straight into a guardrail.

“We offer our deepest sympathies to those involved in today’s tragic accident,” said Andrea Finger, spokesperson for Walt Disney World Resort, in a statement to the local media.
