The remains of the late Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Taoreed Abiodun Lagbaja, have arrived in Abuja in preparation for his final interment.
His body arrived at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport precisely at 12:16 p.m.
The scheduled funeral services will commence on Thursday with a Service of Songs.
This would be followed by his interment on Friday afternoon.
Lagbaja according to the Director, Army Public Relations, Maj Gen Onyema Nwachukwu would be buried at the National military cemetery in Abuja on Friday afternoon.
