Lokpobiri pays condolence visit to APC chair over mother’s passing

Nigeria’s Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil), Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, has extended his condolences to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, following the death of his mother, Mama Lydia Yilwatda.

Senator Lokpobiri, during a condolence visit, described the late matriarch as a woman of deep faith who devoted her life to service in both the church and her community. He noted that she was known for her moral guidance and her role in shaping the lives of many around her.

In a message released through his media adviser, Nneamaka Okafor, the minister expressed sympathy to the Yilwatda family, praying for the peaceful repose of Mama Lydia’s soul and asking God to grant her loved ones strength in their time of grief.

Mama Lydia Yilwatda was widely respected for her contributions to community development and her commitment to values that continue to resonate within her family and beyond.
