Governor Olusegun Mimiko of Ondo state

ONDO State Government has lauded the partnership between Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo and the University of Ohio, America on the development of the agricultural sector of the nation.

The agreement, which led to the approval of $30 million grant for agricultural production, according to the state governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko would be supported by the government towards achieving the desired objectives

Mimiko who received principal officers of the college and that of University of Ohio led by the provost, Prof. Olukoya Ogen in audience in his office, believed that the partnership would create employment opportunities for unemployed youths

Ogen disclosed that the college leveraged on the existing relationship with the American university to seek approval for the grant, which is aimed at reviving the agricultural sector, and provide job opportunities for unemployed youths.
