Davido’s  elder sister and Chief Financial Officer of Davido Music Worldwide (DMW), Sharon Adeleke Ademefun, has shared a light-hearted moment from her marriage, with a warning about relationships.

In a video posted on her Instagram story, the Ronawigs CEO shared a playful moment with her husband, Yomi Ademefun. According to her, he has been praising her and calling her “big”, a compliment she does not entirely trust.

“My husband has been hyping me,” she said. “He is saying when you are big, you are big, and I have told him I don’t like that kind of ginger, because that means my pocket money will reduce.”

Turning to her husband during the recording, she added jokingly, “Yomi, don’t say I am big because you are trying to cut my pocket money, and I am not having it.”

She said this with laughter, but Sharon used the moment to make a point about money and praise in relationships. She noted that compliments like that come with hidden intentions, especially when finances are involved.

She went further with a warning directed at women. “When you see those men that call you my madam, my Oga, run,” she said.

The entrepreneur has often shared glimpses of her personal life on social media, including moments with her husband and family.

As a businesswoman who runs her own brand and serves as CFO of a major music label owned by her brother, Grammy-nominated artist Davido, Sharon occupies a visible position within both corporate and celebrity spaces.

Over the years, Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) has signed and nurtured several notable artistes in the Nigerian music industry. The label has been home to acts like Mayorkun, Dremo, Peruzzi, Yonda and Liya, many of whom gained mainstream recognition under its platform.
