The corpse of a missing boy identified as Kolawole Gold has been allegedly exhumed from a church altar in Akure, Ondo State capital.

Subsequently, an angry mob attacked the church, Sotitobire Miracle Church, destroying its properties and also set it on fire.

Gold was declared missing one month ago during a church service.

The founder of the church, Alfa Babatunde has spent ten days in the custody of the DSS. He was arrested based on a petition written by the parents of the missing child.
