Bolarinwa Kashif, Chairman of Fly Multi Company Limited, owners of the award-winning Fly Fitness Gym, was recognized by the Student Union Government (SUG) of The Polytechnic, Ibadan, on Sunday, September 22, 2024, for his exceptional contributions to student development at the institution.

The honour was presented during the Award Presentation and Mr & Miss Polytechnic Crowning Ceremony, held at the God’s Favor Events Centre in Apete, Ibadan. The glamorous event featured a fashion show, where top students were named as Mr. and Miss Polytechnic, Ibadan.

In his acceptance speech, delivered by a representative, Bolarinwa expressed his gratitude to the students and the institution, which he noted was his alma mater. He reaffirmed his commitment to supporting student activities and investing in the development of Nigeria’s youth.

“To invest in the youths is to invest in the future of the country, and the best place to do so is in our higher institutions. These are young people equipping themselves with the right knowledge to scale up their respective lives, and by doing so, the future of our country, Nigeria,” he said.

The event marked an opportunity to not only celebrate fashion and student excellence but also recognize key figures contributing to educational and youth empowerment efforts within the institution.
