I’ll reconfigure state if elected as governor, says Akinfolarin

The Secretary-General of the pan-Yoruba socio-cultural organisation, Afenifere, and an aspirant of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) for the forthcoming governorship election in Ondo State, Sola Ebiseni, yesterday, said that with his orientation of the nooks and crannies of the state, he remains the best to lead the state.

Ebiseni, who spoke, yesterday, maintained that to develop the state, it requires being acquainted with the people and the territory.

The aspirant, while emphasising that November 16, 2024 will be a defining moment for the state, said that past governors of the state were groomed and bred in the school of thought of Obafemi Awolowo.

SIMILARLY, a former member of the House of Representatives, Mayowa Akinfolarin, who represented Ile-Oluji/Oke-Igbo/Odigbo Federal Constituency, has vowed to reconfigure Ondo State if he emerged as governor of the state.

Akinfolarin stated this, yesterday, while declaring his ambition ahead of the governorship election in the state.
