“We are working hard to build a timeframe to establish what has happened. Were you woken up by a disturbance, or did you see anyone running from the area? I would ask that you check any private CCTV or dash cam footage to see whether you captured anything that might assist us.

“Another family has been left grieving and we are doing everything we can to find answers to their questions and locate whoever is responsible for this murder.”

Tottenham released a statement following the incident, saying they were working with police authorities on the investigation.

“Following an incident in which an individual has lost their life, we are doing everything to accommodate the ongoing Police investigation, which is of the utmost importance,” the club wrote on X.

“We shall update supporters as and when we can, and ask for fans to be patient and allow extra travel time. Our thoughts are with the victim’s family and all those affected.”

Meanwhile, a post-mortem examination will be held at Haringey Mortuary later this week.
