Novarick Homes expands to Ibadan with two major real estate projects

A real estate firm, Novarick Homes has announced its expansion into Ibadan with two new developments: Noblesville, a student housing project near Lead City University, and Ayọ̀mídé, in Moniya, Ibadan, a modern residential community designed to promote sustainable living.

With a growing demand for housing in Nigeria’s urban centres, the company said these projects align with its vision of improving the experience between people and property by providing high-quality real estate developments and investment opportunities.

Noblesville, located close to Lead City University, will be Novarick’s first dedicated student housing project. The company says it plans to develop similar hostels across major university towns to tackle the shortfall in quality student accommodation.

“Our aim is to close the gap in student housing by offering a secure, well-managed, and comfortable living environment that enhances the overall learning experience. Many universities struggle with inadequate student accommodation, leaving students to seek alternatives off-campus. With Noblesville, we are creating more than just off campus student lodges—we are building a community that fosters personal growth, safety, and well-being for students, and at the same time, presenting a valuable opportunity for investors to tap into a high-demand property sector that directly addresses a pressing need for students,” CEO of Novarick Homes, Noah Ibrahim said.

Beyond student housing, the company is also launching Ayomide Estate, which it describes as a sustainable and secure residential community designed for both residents and Nigerians in the diaspora.

“Ayomide means ‘joy is here,’ and that is exactly what we want to create, a place where people feel safe, at home, and connected to a thriving community. This is about more than just selling land; it’s about shaping the future of modern living in Nigeria,” Head of Operations at Novarick Homes, Susan Adebanjo said.

“Ayomide Estate will feature top-tier infrastructure and amenities designed to enhance the quality of life for its residents. The development will include a gated entrance with 24-hour security and CCTV surveillance, ensuring safety and peace of mind for homeowners. A well-planned road network and drainage system will be integrated to prevent flooding and enhance accessibility within the estate” Adebanjo added.

Additionally, the estate will house a recreational centre, providing leisure and fitness facilities for families, as well as a medical centre dedicated to the healthcare needs of children and the elderly. The company emphasises that the precision and quality of construction in Ayomide Estate will set a new standard in Ibadan’s real estate market, surpassing anything currently being developed in the region” She stated.

“Both projects also offer investment opportunities for individuals looking to acquire property in Ibadan. Investors can either purchase plots in Ayomide Estate for future development or invest in student hostels to meet the growing demand for off-campus accommodation” Ibrahim added.

Novarick Homes, which has built a reputation for integrating sustainability into its developments, and its latest expansion reflects its broader mission to provide real estate solutions that improve living standards while offering long-term value.

As housing shortages continue to be a challenge in Nigeria’s growing cities, projects like these are key to bridging the gap while creating opportunities for homeowners and investors alike.
