Firm seeks loans for developers of affordable housing

To address the challenges of affordability in the real estate sector, the Chief Executive Officer, Dynatech Homes, Chigozie Okafor, has advised the government to provide loans to developers that build affordable houses for Nigerians.

Okafor, who spoke during the launch of Dynatech luxury homes El Magnifico in Lagos, said housing is a necessity for Nigerians, especially those who migrated to Lagos from other parts of the country and seeking employment.

He disclosed that Lagos is one of the hot spots to consider for new entrants in African real estate, especially in West Africa. “The sheer volume of human and material resources in Lagos is of such staggering magnitudes that an investor could focus exclusively on and smile to the bank consistently.

“Properties appreciate at a surprising rate for obvious reasons, which is not news for veteran investors.”

He said the company has carved a niche for itself in luxury homes and affordable housing for patrons who want value for their money. “Nigerians and non-Nigerians alike who seek cutting edge living conditions in West Africa look towards El Magnifico and Lagos as a whole.
