In a move aimed at redefining residential living in Northern Nigeria, Pumpkin Property Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Al-Nuri Duniya Nigeria Limited to develop a market and sell properties across two premium projects, Prime Living Estate and Prime View Estate, both located in the heart of Millennium City in Kaduna.

Signed over the weekend, the agreement establishes Al-Nuri Duniya as the developer and Pumpkin Property as the sole promoter of the projects. The partnership represents a significant milestone in their shared goal of delivering modern, sustainable, and accessible housing solutions for diverse income groups in Kaduna and beyond.

Prime Living Estate is designed as the pinnacle of luxury and smart living, featuring elegantly crafted three, five and six-bedroom duplexes with penthouses, private elevators, and advanced smart-home technology. The development combines architectural sophistication with innovation and comfort, offering residents a refined lifestyle within an exclusive gated community.

On the other hand, Prime View Estate, tailored for medium-income families and individuals, offers a blend of two and three-bedroom bungalows that balance affordability with quality and style. Set in a serene environment with modern infrastructure and proximity to key urban amenities, the estate provides an ideal option for functional and convenient living.

Speaking on the partnership, Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Pumpkin Property, Mr Oladeji Bamidele, described the agreement as a strategic alignment between two reputable real estate brands committed to expanding housing access.

“This partnership with Al-Nuri Duniya underscores our vision to expand access to premium housing options in Kaduna. With Prime Living and Prime View Estates, we are combining Al-Nuri Duniya’s development expertise with our marketing strength to deliver exceptional residential communities that meet the needs of both luxury and mid-income buyers,” he said.

In his remarks, Managing Director of Al-Nuri Duniya Nigeria Limited, Mr Muhammad Abdullahi, applauded the collaboration, noting that the project would not only enhance Kaduna’s urban profile but also stimulate local economic growth within the state’s real estate sector.

Both estates are expected to feature a reliable power supply, landscaped green spaces, robust security systems, and modern infrastructure, reflecting the partners’ commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable urban development.
