Skyewise Group CEO, Abuyere, turns 40, celebrates with thanksgiving, dinner reception

The CEO, Skyewise Group, Dr. Elvis Abuyere, will today hold a thanksgiving ceremony at Champions Faith Assembly, Guzape, Abuja, in celebration of his 40th birthday, marking an end to a week-long programme put in place for the celebration.

The celebrant has used the opportunity of the birthday to express gratitude to God for standing him out for blessings, increase and wisdom.

Earlier, he visited the Cenotaph in memory of his mother, who passed away 13 years ago in the ill-fated Dana Air, in which over 150 persons lost their lives.

He said this was in celebration of the woman who taught him everything, including giving, loving and caring for others.

His non-governmental organisation, Skyewise Foundation, also visited Suleja Correctional Centre, where he spoke words of hope to the inmates and donated relief materials, including food, medical supplies, and copies.

He was also decorated as the Celebrity Special Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) as part of activities marking the International Youth Day 2025, setting the tone for the birthday celebration. Friends and colleagues joined him for a “Say No To Drug Walk” across the city of Abuja as well.

Not long ago, Skyewise Group marked its 10th anniversary when the company embarked on CSR campaigns, targeting persons living with disabilities. It was also an opportunity to reward staff, appreciate customers and acknowledge its stakeholders. A brand new car was given out to one of its brand ambassadors.

The company also doled out the sum of N7m in Business Support Fund, which saw six young entrepreneurs who emerged winners at a business pitch tagged “Meet the CEOs” go home empowered in order to boost their businesses.

The company also makes massive investments in entertainment, as it was just recently listed as the headline sponsor of Comedy and Lifestyle, spearheaded by renowned entertainer Osazee Samuel Aikhionbare, better known as MC Papi.

The 40th birthday celebration is viewed as a milestone, especially given how impactful he has been in the last four decades of his life, helping people to actualise their education dreams, helping others discover their goals and offering robust economic platforms to others.

A dinner will be held in Abuja later today at an undisclosed location, where invited guests will come and rejoice with him.
